If It’s Our Error
If an item arrives defective or we made a mistake with your order, we will make it right. This may include replacement or refund.
If It’s a Customer Error
If the wrong size or item is ordered, we are happy to exchange it as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping and the cost to ship the replacement item.
Custom & Fitted Components
Any components that have been fitted, altered, or customized—including professional fitting services—are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
General Conditions
All returns must be unused and in original condition.
